I have recently started coming to Jess at Aurea and I'm so glad I found her. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately impressed with the relaxed atmosphere within Aurea and just how welcoming Jess was, particulary as a new client. Jess made me feel like i had known her for years, and took the time to really get to know my past hair journey and what i wanted to achieve. I am particulary impressed by how much care and attention Jess puts into her clients and their hair health. It's clear she's incredibly knowledgable, but what really sets her apart is how willing she is to share that knowledge and explain whats best for your hair. You never feel rushed or just like another appointment or client, Jess truly cares about getting you the best results while keeping your hair healthy. I always leave feeling happier with how my hair looks but also more confident in how to look after it.

I visited Aurea recently for a fresh colour and trim, this was my first real hair appointment since having my daughter 11 months ago. It was such a calm and relaxing environment and Jess really does know her stuff. I always trust her opinion and follow her advice and have never been let down. I have never had a hairdresser that truly cares and is as knowledgeable as Jess, not just with the physical hair but also your wellbeing and all other things that impact your hair from being a woman and a mum! Of course with any appointment I see this as a therapist appointment too (sorry lol), but Jess always listens and is so invested in me the entire time I'm there xx

Jess is beyond amazing! She’s a miracle worker and the nicest person I’ve met in a really flipping long time!! She made me feel so gorgeous after my cut and colour! I cannot day enough nice things about her and I recommend anyone to have their hair done by her! ❤️
